The Bridewell Tavern comes from the same owners behind Nabuki, Bar Poca Madre and Pronto. Familiar names around here, and the same instinct behind all of them: cook like you mean it, and make people want to stay.
What we serve is an elevated spin on traditional bar food. Wings and burgers you would order twice, Tuscan pizzas, and a run of seed oil free dishes for anyone who is paying attention to that. Lunch is sophisticated without being fussy. Dinner is worth lingering over.
